Swansea Central - Phase 1
Re-Development

Chapter 3 Architects, via Mott MacDonald , were appointed by Development Managers Rivington Hark as their Client Compliance Monitoring Team (Building) for Phase 1 of the St David's redevelopment in Swansea City Centre.

 

This Gateway Mixed Use scheme, funded by Swansea Council in conjunction with City Deal, has retail, leisure and residential uses. Phase 1, comprising a new 3,500 capacity venue and conference centre, residential, a new bridge and public realm is currently on site and due for completion in the latter part of 2021.

 

The project is the first phase of the wider City Centre Regeneration and is designed by ACME, a London based architects.
